Funding comfort and equipment upgrades at Shorncliffe Hospice
Providing 3-4 grief groups a year, for up to eight people at a time
Hosting weekly The Circle palliative wellness day workshops
Facilitating families with their Green Sleeve Advance Care Plans
While making a donation online, you can leave the name and address of the next in kin and Sunshine Coast Hospice will send a card by mail to the family to notify them that a gift was made by you in their loved one’s memory.
Create a Memorial Page
