I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for over 42 years. I have worked on boards or have spearheaded projects that I felt very passionate about along with others in our Coastal communities, notably:

- I spearheaded the French Immersion Program for our School District as there were many parents who wanted this program, and we were successful.

~ I spearheaded the initiative for more recreational facilities on the Coast. This was very needed and many people got involved and we were successful in collaborating with local governments.

~I served two terms on the Sunshine Coast School Board, with the second term as chair, and for many years on the Parent Advisor Board and the Community Service Board.

I have over all these years had–and continue to have–a special passion and interest in learning about healing and meditation. Twelve years ago I founded the Rosen Method Institute Canada and had the roles of School Owner and Senior Teacher. I continue my private practice as a Rosen Method Bodywork practitioner.
