Paul Mears

Director

Paul worked as Producer/Director for various theatres in Canada including a stint as Artistic Director of Vancouver's New Play Centre, and Co-Manager of Waterfront Theatre, Granville Island, and also worked as a dramaturg for several theatres focused on developing writers.

In his next career, Paul was a very busy contractor on the Coast for over 30 years, completing over 90 homes with his own design/build construction firm (PDM Construction Ltd) in Sechelt, which he began in 1991. More recently, he entered (semi) retirement from his recent role as General Manager for HWH Contracting Ltd. Paul also served as Chair of the District of Sechelt Advisory Planning Commission for 2 years and was a member of the District of Sechelt Advisory Planning Commission for 6 years.
