“This past spring I had the opportunity to participate in the bereavement support group at Hospice. From the first few minutes of the first meeting I knew I was in the right place. The loving support and presence of the facilitators made it easy to relax and do some deep healing work. Being around the other participants who knew what I was going through was very comforting. I did not know much about grief and mourning going into this group but I came out 8 weeks later with a deep understanding of the process and a gentle and loving approach to the work I needed to do to heal. I would recommend this group to anyone who has had a loss in their lives”.
